• Update notices. Once a day, at session start, brindle checks for a newer release. When there is one, the tmux status bar shows → X available next to the version, and brindle doctor reports it. The check gives up quietly when offline; set BRINDLE_NO_UPDATE_CHECK=1 to turn it off.
• Opt-in auto-update. Set "auto_update": true in ~/.brindle/config.json (or a repo's .brindle/config.json) and brindle runs uv tool upgrade brindle in the background when a session starts.

Changes to note

• 0.3.9 (federated cloud credentials) didn't reach PyPI; 0.3.10 includes it.
• An auto-update takes effect when you restart a session; running sessions keep their loaded version.
