brindle 0.3.15
Fixes
- No false "stopped" alerts for Antigravity and Codex workers. A worker waiting on a long command, such as a full test run, is no longer reported to its supervisor as stopped, and a worker that briefly wakes up to check on that command produces one alert at most, not one per check.
