Worktrees live next to your repo. New worker worktrees go in <repo>/.brindle/worktrees/<branch> (git-ignored) instead of under your home folder. Set worktree_root in .brindle/config.json to put them somewhere else. Existing worktrees keep working where they are.
Workers can read folders you name. List directories outside the worktree that workers may read, such as a git-ignored results/ folder, in the repo config. When a worker is blocked on a prompt, the supervisor now sees the whole prompt, not just its first line.
Local models get used.developer-local and reviewer-local run on Ollama when it's running with a suitable model, and on the hosted model otherwise. A request a hosted model refuses is retried on a local model when one is available.
One approval for checks and permissions. On a repo with no checks, brindle asks you once, in its own dialog, to approve the proposed check commands and the matching allow rules. Nothing is written until you answer, and autopilot doesn't nag the supervisor while the dialog is open.
Checks use your machine. When the repo doesn't set check_concurrency, the default now follows the machine's cores and memory instead of a fixed 2.
Fixes
Reported branches don't get lost. A branch whose base moved while its checks ran is re-checked or handed to the supervisor, never dropped without a word.
Work in progress survives a merge. A worker that's still busy keeps its worktree after its branch merges.
Review verdicts are always recorded. A reviewer's verdict no longer hangs waiting for a merge in progress.
Fewer repeated reminders. Autopilot sends "the goal isn't reached" once, then again only after progress or a 15-minute wait.
Each sidebar shows its own goal. With several supervisors in one repo, every sidebar, and brindle watch --once, shows its own session's goal.
Cleanup catches what it missed. Prune ends orphaned brindle sessions whose worktree is gone, and finished worktrees leave the sidebar even if an earlier cleanup step fails.
Every signed-in machine shows on the dashboard (Pro). Two machines on one account no longer appear as one.
