LatestReleased

New

  • See where every branch is in review. list_agents and the sidebar show each reported branch's state: checks running, reviewer running, the verdict and its commit, or a failed merge and why.
  • Warnings about overlapping work across sessions. Assigning a task warns when another session in the same repo has unmerged work on the same files or the same issue number.
  • WSL sign-in opens your Windows browser. Sign-ins open it through wslview or explorer.exe, or print the URL clearly. Install hints now cover Linux.
  • Faster brindle start. Startup makes about a third as many synchronous calls.

Fixes

  • brindle -s works. It no longer reopens a running session on the old provider. -s before a subcommand and -s=codex both work, and an unknown name gives a clear error.
  • WSL uses Linux CLIs. Windows installs of codex and agy on the Windows PATH are skipped, and brindle doctor says when only a Windows install exists.
  • Every reported branch gets reviewed. Closing a finished worker no longer kills its pending check-and-review. A branch stuck in review with nothing running has its review restarted.
  • No duplicate reviewers. An agent that is still starting up is no longer taken for dead, so its review isn't started again and a completion audit's approval is recorded.
  • Merges into one branch run one at a time. A merge that fails a check is retried once before you're told, with the whole failure. Untracked scratch files no longer block review or merge.
  • Fewer false alarms. A worker busy on its task is no longer reported as stuck at a startup prompt. "Sign-in can't be verified" is sent once, not every minute.
  • No leaked gcloud processes. Every gcloud call is time-limited and leaves nothing running.
  • Sidebar. Mouse-wheel scrolling no longer lags. The sidebar uses the text logo everywhere, repaints after a session switch, and survives upgrades.
