brindle 0.4.2

LatestReleased

New

  • brindle web. Your session in the browser on 127.0.0.1: a dashboard of agents, workspaces, goal and milestones, a chat with any agent, and a diff panel per workspace with its review verdicts and check results.
  • OpenCode as a supervisor or worker. Use provider: opencode, brindle -s opencode, or the built-in developer-opencode and reviewer-opencode profiles. The repo's permission policy applies to OpenCode tools too.
  • Models.dev catalog for native profiles. model: <provider>/<model> fills in the endpoint, API, key variable and context size for you.
  • Language servers for native agents. Diagnostics, go-to-definition and references, started automatically for each file type.
  • Quieter supervisor wake-ups in Claude Code. Worker reports and nudges now wake the supervisor through a hook instead of Claude Code's cross-session inbox, so they no longer show up as "Another Claude session sent a message" blocks.
  • Blocked agent commands are escalated. When an Antigravity worker runs a command its profile doesn't allow, it gets a clear refusal and its supervisor gets the exact brindle permissions allow command that would let it through. Profile allowed_tools and permission_mode now apply to Antigravity workers by default.
  • Stalled workers are visible. list_agents flags a worker that has made no progress for a while, and shows each branch's review state.

Fixes

  • Autopilot no longer floods the supervisor with nudges. An open need_user question holds the "no workers are running" nudge, and a new nudge waits until the last one has been handled.
  • Approved branches merge reliably. The merge gate uses each reviewer's latest verdict, an approval on a branch whose worker never reported still merges, a merge that fails a check is retried once with the full output, and reviews no longer wait behind later check runs.
  • No false alarms on working agents. A worker's own brief is no longer mistaken for a startup prompt, and a working Codex worker is no longer reported as missing its brief.
  • Self-serve setup no longer routes Claude through a cloud by accident. A signed-in gcloud alone no longer triggers a Vertex offer, only a person at a terminal can accept one, and brindle doctor shows a saved route and how to remove it.
  • Completed goals are kept, with their milestones, checks and results.
  • The graphify watcher no longer overwrites a committed graph with a smaller one. A repo setting turns automatic rebuilds off.
  • Read-only commands run without prompts. Reviewers can use more read-only git, search and BigQuery dry-run commands. Chains of allowed commands (&&, ;, |) are allowed, and quoted arguments are no longer misread.
  • Reviewer profiles assigned as workers report straight to you, without a builder's brief or a pipeline review.
  • Milestones show "checking" while a check runs, instead of the last result.
  • remove_workspace accepts an agent id.
  • Moved goals.md no longer blocks merges.
  • Enterprise is set up by contact. brindle account upgrade --enterprise now points you to PawDelta support instead of a checkout.
