brindle always drives, one Settings page, and checks that stay scoped
The goal driver is always on. brindle keeps driving a session toward its goal until it's verified; that's simply what brindle does now.
--autopilot/--no-autopilot still work but do nothing, with a note.
The autopilot config key is ignored.
Pause a session to stop it.
Scoped checks stay scoped. On a worker branch:
A changed file the code map can't place (a new module, say) now selects the tests that import it, not the full suite.
A change that reaches more than scoped_checks_max_files test files (default 40, 0 = no cap) runs the branch's own tests and each changed module's namesake tests.
Session branches and the check before a PR still run everything.
Loading a repo's settings no longer runs provider sign-in probes, so project checks load fast.
The desktop app: Settings is one page with a You / repo switch.
Each repo setting says who decides it: "Set by the team" (with "Change just for me"), "Just for you" (with "Clear"), or "Same as yours".
Checks, rules, setup and PR branch live in the repo view.
